Vucic visits Glisic in hospital

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic visited Minister for Public Investments Darko Glisic in hospital on Thursday.

Glisic suffered a stroke during a live appearance on Pink TV on Tuesday.

"Darko the unbreakable!" Vucic wrote in an Instagram post that also included a photo of him and Glisic.

In a statement on Wednesday evening, Vucic said Glisic was doing relatively well and that his condition was much better than a day and a half before, and added that, due to the seriousness of a surgery Glisic had undergone, he should not rush to conclusions but was merely conveying what doctors had told him.

Earlier, Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar said the surgery had been complex and complicated, taking longer than usual due to damage on two blood vessels.
