Vucic speaks by phone with Lithuanian president about European agenda, cooperation

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic spoke with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda by phone on Friday about the European agenda, stepping up bilateral cooperation and regional security.

"With Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda (I spoke) about the European agenda, stepping up bilateral cooperation and regional security," Vucic posted on Instagram.

In the discussion, Vucic noted that EU membership was Serbia's strategic commitment and said he hoped to see progress on the EU path.

"Serbia and Lithuania have possibilities to strengthen bilateral cooperation," Vucic noted.
