Vucic meets with Palfinger representatives

BELGRADE - Serbia remains a dependable partner and a home to all those who want to work, create and make progress together with us, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said at a meeting with the management of the Palfinger proizvodnja company in Nis on Thursday.

"Palfinger is a world-renowned Austrian brand. Their factory in Nis is beautiful and important. Companies like these come to stay for a long time and, for us, it is important to attract them to our country. That way, we create jobs for people from Nis and its vicinity, better life for their families, as well as accelerated growth for the entire city," Vucic posted on Instagram after a visit to the Palfinger factory in Nis.

He noted that the company was now also working on expanding its production and that its training centre represented its future and a system demonstrating dual education in general.

"We were the pioneers in the region when it comes to dual education and we look forward to training centres such as these emerging across Serbia. I am grateful to the friends from Palfinger for their trust and for investments that are producing concrete results," Vucic added.

Earlier in the day, he also attended the opening of an Ariston plant in Nis.
