WASHINGTON - Serbian FM Marko Djuric will be visiting Washington from July 15 through 17 for the opening of US-Serbia strategic dialogue, which, for the first time in history, will raise the relations between the two countries to the level of strategic partnership.
While visiting the US at the invitation of State Secretary Marco Rubio, Djuric will attend a ministerial conference on the fight against political terrorism.
Hosted by Rubio, the conference will bring together ministers and senior officials from more than 60 countries and provide an opportunity for discussions on strengthening of international security cooperation and for experience-sharing, with top diplomats to hold a series of meetings on the sidelines of the event.
Djuric will also visit the NASA headquarters in Washington, where Serbia will accede to the international Artemis Accords, becoming the 69th country to do so.
The minister will attend the first session of Serbia-US strategic dialogue at the State Department headquarters on Friday, July 17.
