Serbia joins US in development, application of AI

NEW YORK - Serbia's caretaker FM Marko Djuric signed during the recent 81st UN General Assembly session in New York a joint statement on the AI Opportunity Partnership, whereby Serbia has joined a partnership between the US and its strategic partners in the field of development and application of artificial intelligence (AI).

The joint statement sets the foundation for cooperation in the field of superintelligence, with commitment to creating a regulatory environment encouraging growth and innovation and enabling development of startups, programmers and the private sector, the Serbian MFA said in a statement on Thursday.
