Vucic, Tokayev discuss strategic partnership

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic spoke by phone with Kazakh President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev on Monday to discuss strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries and Tokayev's upcoming visit to Serbia.

"A good conversation with the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan about strengthening our strategic partnership and his upcoming visit, during which we will discuss further directions for development of cooperation, including in the field of artificial intelligence and digitalisation, as well as other opportunities and potentials for deepening the economic relations," Vucic wrote on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account following the conversation with Tokayev.

During the discussion, Vucic expressed regret over the massive flooding that has hit Kazakhstan and offered Serbia's assistance in post-flood recovery efforts.
