Serbian rock legend Bora Djordjevic dies

BELGRADE - Serbian rock legend Borisav "Bora" Djordjevic, who fronted the popular band Riblja corba for decades, passed away in a Ljubljana hospital on Wednesday after a long and difficult illness.

He was 71 years old.

On its official Facebook profile, Riblja corba announced the news of the singer's passing.

"Dear friends, it is with sadness and grief that we inform you of the departure of our friend and brother, Borisav Bora Djordjevic. Rest in peace, our dear Boki," the band members wrote in the post.
