Serbia demolishes Puerto Rico in Olympic men's basketball tournament

LILLE - The Serbia men's national basketball team demolished Puerto Rico 107-66 in a Group C Round 2 game of the Olympic tournament in Lille on Wednesday evening.

Nikola Jokic led Serbia with 14 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists.

He did not play in the fourth quarter, finishing one assist short of becoming the fourth player in Olympic history to get a triple-double.

Filip Petrusev was the top scorer for Serbia with 15 points and also had nine rebounds, Vasilije Micic and Bogdan Bogdanovic each scored 13 points while Aleksa Avramoovic, Nikola Milutinov and Nikola Jovic added 12, 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Christopher Ortiz led the scoring for Puerto Rico with 19 points and Ismael Romero added 10.

In the other Group C game, the USA defeated South Sudan 103-86.
