Partizan beat Buducnost to win basketball ABA league

BELGRADE - Partizan Belgrade have clinched their eighth title in the regional basketball ABA League by beating Montenegro's Buducnost Podgorica 90-75 (26-26, 22-18, 22-15, 20-16) at home in Thursday's Game 4 of the competition's finals, winning the series 3-1.

Sterling Brown and Brandon Davies led the scoring for Partizan with 18 points each, Carlik Jones followed with 17 points and nine assists, while Isaac Bonga and Iffe Lundberg added 13 points each.

Yogi Ferrell stood out for Buducnost with 23 points and five assists, Nikola Tanaskovic scored 14 points and Kenan Kamenjas and Rasheed Sulaimon added 11 points each.

Partizan now have the most ABA League titles, one more than arch-rivals Red Star Belgrade.
