Ten-man Red Star Belgrade overcome FCSB in UEFA Europa League

BELGRADE - Serbian football champions Red Star Belgrade defeated Romanian side FCSB 1-0 at home in a UEFA Europa League Match Day 5 clash on Thursday evening.

In front of 26,054 supporters at the Rajko Mitic Stadium, Bruno Duarte scored the winner for Red Star in the 50th minute.

The hosts were down to ten men from the 27th minute, when Franklin Tebo Uchenna was sent off after picking up a red card.

Red Star are currently in 22nd place in the Europa League table with seven points won.

They next play Austrian outfit Sturm Graz away on December 11.
