Red Star Belgrade lose to Real Madrid in last round of basketball EuroLeague

MADRID - Red Star Belgrade lost 103-82 (27-25, 29-21, 21-19, 26-19) to Real Madrid on the road in the last, 38th round of the basketball EuroLeague on Thursday evening.
Jordan Nwora led the scoring for Red Star with 15 points, Chima Moneke scored 14 points and Jared Butler, Ebuka Izundu and Ognjen Dobric each added 10 points.
Mario Hezonja stood out for Real Madrid with 19 points, Facundo Campazzo scored 16, Theo Maledon added 12 and Usman Garuba and Andres Feliz each scored 10 points.
With 21 wins and 17 losses in the EuroLeague, Red Star are through to the competition's play-in.
Partizan Belgrade, the other Serbian team in the EuroLeague, ended this season's campaign with a 91-79 home win against Baskonia, finishing in the 15th place with 16 wins and 22 losses.
