Serbia to play Puerto Rico, China and South Sudan in basketball World Cup group stage

MANILA - Serbia have been drawn to play Puerto Rico, China and South Sudan in Group B of the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup, to be held in the Philippines, Indonesia and Japan from August 25 through September 10.

The draw ceremony was held in Manila on Saturday.

Serbia will play in Manila in the group stage, as well as in the next stage of the competition if they get past the group stage.

The tournament will feature 32 teams, including hosts Japan and the Philippines, while Indonesia will not be competing.
