Danilovic/Medjedovic give Serbia United Cup win against Czech Republic

PERTH - Serbia are through to the quarter-finals of the tennis United Cup after a 2-1 win over the Czech Republic in Perth on Tuesday.

Olga Danilovic and Hamad Medjedovic won the tie for Serbia by defeating the Czech mixed double of Miriam Kolodziejova and Petr Nouza 4-6, 7-6 (7-2), 10-8.

Previously, Danilovic lost to Marketa Vondrousova 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 and Djokovic defeated Jiri Lehecka 6-1, 6-7 (3-7), 6-1.
