BELGRADE - Telekom Srbija generated record-high revenues of over 120 bln dinars (over 1 bln euros) domestically and 168 bln dinars at group level last year, CEO Vladimir Lucic said on Monday.
"The financial reports for last year are complete, we broke three historic records. In Serbia, our revenues exceeded 1 bln euros or 120 bln dinars for the first time, and at group level, the revenues were 168 bln dinars. We also set a record for the number of subscribers because we now have over 11 mln subscribers," Lucic told Pink TV.
He told Pink TV Telekom Srbija had also generated record-high EBITDA of 50 bln dinars domestically and 68 bln dinars - or nearly 600 mln euros - at group level.
"Those are historic results, the highest-ever results. Compared to 2018, annual revenues are now higher by almost 300 mln euros and operating profits are twice as high. We now have 1.8 mln television subscribers and the figure has reached 1.2 mln in Serbia alone," Lucic said.
