Djuric thanks Angue for Equatorial Guinea's support for Serbia's sovereignty

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric met with Equatorial Guinea's FM Simeon Oyono Esono Angue in Belgrade on Tuesday, thanking him for his country's principled support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.

Welcoming Angue, who is a member of an Equatorial Guinea delegation accompanying President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo on a visit to Serbia, Djuric said he was firmly convinced the top-level visit would help strengthen bilateral relations in areas of mutual interest.

Djuric said Serbia and Equatorial Guinea were connected by a long tradition of sincere friendship and noted that Serbia was committed to further build on that friendship and strengthen it, the Serbian MFA said in a statement.

Angue invited Djuric to pay a visit to Equatorial Guinea.
