Gasic receives Bosnia and Herzegovina ambassador

BELGRADE - Serbian Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic met with Bosnia and Herzegovina Ambassador to Belgrade Aleksandar Vranjes on Monday.

They noted that military education was the most developed form of cooperation in the defence sector while military economic cooperation had major potential.

Gasic and Vranjes met on occasion of the formation of the new Serbian government and Gasic's re-appointment as defence minister, the MoD said in a statement.

They discussed the current political situation and security challenges in the Western Balkans and globally and noted that long-term stability in the region could only be achieved through dialogue and cooperation.
