Dacic meets with Malawian FM

BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic met with Malawian FM Nancy Tembo in Belgrade on Friday.

Dacic and Tembo said their countries were connected by decades-long friendship and close cooperation in the Non-Aligned Movement, as well as by a mutual interest to advance the cooperation in various areas in the coming period through more active political dialogue and exchanges of high- and top-level visits, the Interior Ministry said in a statement.

Dacic noted that Tembo's first-ever visit to Serbia was a significant encouragement to strengthening of bilateral relations and added that he hoped his Malawian counterpart Ezekiel Peter Ching'oma would visit Serbia to discuss advancement of cooperation in interior affairs.
