Petkovic, Sorensen discuss continuation of Belgrade-Pristina technical dialogue

VIENNA - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic met with the EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Peter Sorensen on Tuesday to discuss a continuation of the dialogue at technical level.

"I discussed a continuation of the technical-level dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as the necessary normalisation of relations and deescalation on the ground," Petkovic posted on X.

He noted that he had conveyed to Sorensen concern over the increasingly difficult position of Serbs in Kosovo-Methija as a result of numerous escalatory moves by Pristina.
