BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received the credentials of new Bulgarian Ambassador to Belgrade Angel Angelov on Monday and said Serbia was committed to boosting economic cooperation with Bulgaria.
"With the newly-appointed ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria, I discussed strengthening of bilateral cooperation and expressed the belief that intensifying dialogue could contribute to better mutual understanding and trust, which represent the preconditions for progress and stability in the region. I highlighted a commitment to increasing the economic cooperation and noted that Bulgarian companies are welcome in Serbia," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.
Wishing Angelov success, Vucic said he hoped they would be working together towards advancement of bilateral relations.
