BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric met on Thursday with Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto, who is on an official visit to Belgrade.
"Delighted to welcome the first Foreign Minister to visit Belgrade in 2026, my dear colleague and friend Peter Szijjarto. The Serbia-Hungary relationship is emblematic of good neighborliness, partnership and friendship in our region, Europe and the wider world, underpinned by versatile, ever-developing bilateral cooperation that extends even beyond the borders of our countries," Djuric posted on Instagram.
"Proud that my Hungarian counterpart and I are part of a generation of state leadership that is elevating our relations to new heights, constantly exploring new ways to further advance our collaboration across all areas and to foster even closer bonds between our nations," Djuric added.
