Brnabic calls regular local elections in nine local self-government units

BELGRADE - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic on Monday called regular local elections in nine local self-government units in Serbia for March 29.

Brnabic signed a decision to call the elections in the central hall of the National Assembly building at noon.

The elections will be held in the city of Bor and the Arandjelovac, Bajina Basta, Kladovo, Knjazevac, Kula, Lucani, Majdanpek and Smederevska Palanka municipalities.

Brnabic said she had made the decision pursuant to her authority under Article 34 of the Law on Local Elections.
