Brnabic thanks Romania for principled stance on Kosovo-Metohija

BELGRADE - In a telephone conversation with Romanian counterpart Nicolae Ciuca, Serbian PM Ana Brnabic thanked Romania for its principled position on Kosovo-Metohija.

Brnabic also underscored Serbia's permanent commitment to peace and stability across the region.

Brnabic and Ciuca also exchanged views on continued strengthening of overall bilateral cooperation and political relations, as well as on the current situation in the Western Balkans.

The conversation is a follow-up to Brnabic's visit to Romania last month and represents a continuation of a dynamic bilateral exchange.

Brnabic noted that she hoped Ciuca would visit Serbia soon, the government press office said in a statement.
