Serbian army's state of heightened alert abolished

BELGRADE - The Serbian Armed Forces' state of heightened alert, declared three days ago over the situation in the north of Kosovo-Metohija, was abolished on Thursday by a decision by Serbian President and Commander-In-Chief Aleksandar Vucic, a source in the Presidency of Serbia has confirmed to Tanjug.

On December 26, Vucic ordered the army and all police units on the highest combat alert.
