BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said a team that would fight against Pristina's potential admission to the Council of Europe (CoE) would be set up on Friday.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic demanded an urgent establishment of the team at an extraordinary government session on Thursday.
In an appearance on the RTS on Friday morning, Dacic said he had scheduled for 10 am a government session at which the team would be set up.
He said he would be co-heading the team with the Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic.
"The majority of the people in the team will be from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs but there are also people from the National Assembly and the office of the president of the Republic, as well as people from some other ministries, such as Tanja Miscevic, who is in charge of European integration, and Minister Tomislav Momirovic, who has many contacts regarding external trade," Dacic said.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the CoE will debate the so-called Kosovo's bid for membership in the organisation on April 16.
