Red Star Belgrade through to round of 16 of Serbian football cup

RUMA - Cup title holders Red Star Belgrade are through to the round of 16 of the Serbian football cup after beating Serbian League Vojvodina outfit Sloven Ruma 2-0 away in a round of 32 match on Wednesday afternoon.

Nemanja Radonjic and Mirko Ivanic scored for the visitors in the 17th and the 57th minute, respectively.

Red Star have thus joined Graficar Belgrade, Jedinstvo Ub, Trayal Krusevac, Zemun Belgrade, Zeleznicar Pancevo, IMT Belgrade, OFK Vrsac, Radnicki Nis, Macva Sabac, Buducnost Dobanovci, Dubocica Leskovac, Novi Pazar, Spartak Subotica, Vojvodina Novi Sad and Borac Cacak in the round of 16.
