Dinar 0.1 pct up against euro, Monday's rate at 118.0660

The Serbian dinar will rise 0.1 pct against the euro Monday, making the official median exchange rate 118.0660 dinars, which will be its new 2019 high against the euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said in a statement.

BELGRADE - The Serbian dinar will rise 0.1 pct against the euro Monday, making the official median exchange rate 118.0660 dinars, which will be its new 2019 high against the euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said in a statement.


The dinar will grow 0.3 pct against the euro m-o-m, 0.2 pct y-o-y and 0.1 pct compared to the beginning of the year.


The indicative exchange rate against the dollar grew 0.2 pct on Thursday to 104.5017 dinars.


The dinar dropped 0.6 pct against the dollar m-o-m, declining 8.5 pct y-o-y and 1.1 pct since the beginning of the year.


The NBS has sold 130 mln euros and purchased 15 mln euros on the interbank foreign exchange market since the beginning of the year to curb excessive daily exchange rate fluctuations.
