Komercijalna banka shares accounted for almost 90 pct of Tuesday's trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) and both indices declined after rising for several days.

BELGRADE - Komercijalna banka shares accounted for almost 90 pct of Tuesday's trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) and both indices declined after rising for several days.

The overall volume was 41.13 mln dinars (349.3 thousand euros).

The BELEX15 index dropped by a quarter of a percent to 757.57 points and BELEXline was marginally in red territory, closing at 1,582.64 points.

Komercijalna banka common stocks registered by far the highest trading volume - 33 mln dinars - but dropped 2.9 pct to 3,300 dinars, while the bank's preferred stocks were the gainer of the day, jumping 3.6 pct to 1,250 dinars, with a 2.7 mln dinar volume.

Naftna industrija Srbije saw a 4.5 mln dinar volume at a steady 680 dinars per share.

Nikola Tesla Airport strengthened by 2.4 pct to 896 dinars but recorded a low volume, while Philip Morris preferred stocks gained 1.8 pct, closing at 3,650 dinars with a scant volume.
