Vucic, Mitsotakis discuss situation in region, security and economic challenges

ODESSA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis during a Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit in Odessa on Wednesday to discuss the situation in the region and security and economic challenges.

"As always, a good meeting with friend Kyriakos Mitsotakis, with whom I exchanged views on the situation in the region and security and economic challenges, as well as on the key matters of our bilateral relations," Vucic wrote in an Instagram post.

In the discussion, Vucic noted that intensive contacts and firm trust between Serbia and Greece were one of the pillars supporting stability in the Western Balkans, and that joint projects in mutual interest would additionally solidify the friendly relations and economic cooperation between the two countries.
