BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday urged the citizens to come to a June 27 gathering outside the Serbian parliament building in central Belgrade, and noted that, on that day, he wanted to hear the citizens and what they wanted to change, and that nothing was more important than building Serbia's future together.

"Dear people, esteemed citizens, I invite you to come to central Belgrade on June 27. On that day, I, and all of us, would like to hear you. On that day, not only politics, but people, family and togetherness, will be discussed," Vucic said in a video posted on TikTok.

He added that the gathering would feature many other activities, such as programmes for children and the elderly, sports courts that would be available to visitors to use, displays of robots and many things that were important for the country's future.

"But, more than anything, we want to hear you. We want to see what you want to change, what you would like to be different and what we can do together in the future. Therefore, please - welcome to Belgrade on June 27, welcome to what we must do together in the future, because there is nothing more important than building the future of Serbia together. Long live Serbia," Vucic concluded.
